Working with Nature
We believe working with nature is the secret to healthy soils, healthy animals and profit. Farmers must act now to create more climate-resilient and adaptable landscapes, especially by focusing on building soil carbon and biodiversity. We use two avenues to express our life-long passion for learning and sharing: our farm Jillamatong and meeting centre Tombarra.

Jillamatong
At Jillamatong we practice regenerative farming to produce healthy soil and water in a landscape with diverse biology. This creates nutrient-dense produce. We also farm truffles, yabbies, garlic, timber and native grass seeds. Sustainable and ecologically sound practices mean healthy, happy animals and fully flavoured and tender meat.

Tombarra
At Tombarra, on 28 acres of natural bushland fronting the beautiful Mongarlowe River, we provide a place for immersive learning, with field days, workshops and conference facilities for people to learn more about regenerative farming theory and practice. Talking around the fire and sharing with others is a great way to process a days' teaching.

Working with nature is easier than working against nature. By building soil we build resilient processes, make more profit and support the environment.
